If the customer is not satisfied after receiving the product(s) purchased, there is a 14-natural day period (starting on delivery day) to claim a refund, in accordance with the conditions stipulated below. Were the 14-day period to end on a Sunday or bank holiday, it will be extended until the earliest working day. Refunds will not be accepted once the 14-day period has expired.

In order to claim this right, the Client must, prior to the expiry of the withdrawal period, inform BDBA of his/her express desire to withdraw from the purchase by means of an unequivocal statement, either in written form by sending a letter to ORELLANA UNO S.L, Departamento de E-Commerce, C/Orellana nº 1, 4ª planta, 28004 Madrid, or electronically by emailing customerservice@bdba.com, clearly stating his/her intention to withdraw from the purchase and claim a refund, and providing the following information: detail of the Product(s) on which he/she seeks a rescission of the purchase, order number, client’s name, postal address and, if possible, phone number and email address.

Upon receiving said notice, BDBA will contact the client in order to inform him/her of the cancellation number and to learn how the client will send the product(s) back: either using the BDBA delivery company, dropping the product at the same store where it was picked up or by the client’s own means.

Additionally, this withdrawal form can be requested through the BDBA Client’s Account, if the client made the purchase from his/her account. Return costs will be free of charge in the following scenarios: 1- Return without a size change. 2- 2. In the first size change (the cost of subsequent size changes will be assumed by the client in its integrity), BDBA will deduct them from the total bill to be refunded, by means of the same payment method used for purchase.

The only address where products will be received in ORELLANA UNO SL, Departamento de E-commerce, C/ Orellana nº 1, 4ª Planta, 28004 de Madrid. Were the client to return the product by his/her own means, BDBA advises that a safe method be used, with the possibility of tracking the delivery, since the client will be held accountable for any harms made to the products up to the time of delivery in BDBA’s central offices. In addition, it is advised that the client keeps the receipt of the delivery of returned goods in case of unexpected complications.

For international deliveries, the cost of returning products, size changes and others will be assumed by the client. Packages sent by Cash-On-Delivery (COD) will not be accepted. It is a fundamental prerequisite that the products are received by BDBA in optimal conditions, within their original packages and unused, as well as having all the tags and accessories they were initially bought with. Products returned in worse conditions than originally received will not be accepted, and will be sent back to clients on COD. There is no withdrawal option for party items, except for size or colour changes. Once the products are received back by BDBA, and after checking that they are indeed in perfect condition, the sum of the purchase will be reimbursed by means of the payment method used by the client, within 14 days from return date.

The national delivery zones of the BDBA e-shop are the peninsula with the exception of the Canary Islands. At the international level we serve a number of countries in particular that you can see in the attached table.

In case the product is damaged either because of the transport, or because the product is defective or has any tare, the client should contact BDBA as soon as possible by mail to: customerservice@bdba.com.

The product refund or substitution will be done as soon as possible, and, in any case, within the 30 business days following the date in which BDBA had sent an email to the client assuring the product return or substitution.

In case that the product can’t be replaced by an identical one, the amount paid would be fully refunded to the customer, including the shipping costs of the product delivery. The refunds will be done using the same system used for the payment.

Likewise, we remind the client that he/she has the legal guarantee of two years from the date of delivery. Deficiencies made due to negligence in the use and/or treatment and/or waste due to its normal use are not included. In order to make use of the guarantee within the established legal deadline, it is essential the submission of the purchase proof.


1. Log in with your username and password to your client area.
2. In the "My Orders" section select the order you want to return or change and click on the order number.
3. Within the order, click on the desired garment and the drop-down list that appears -> select the reason for the return or change.
4. You should add a message at the bottom indicating the reason for the return and the size and / or color in case of change.

Once the request is made, our Returns Department will contact the customer as soon as possible. Then, we will send you an email with the instructions to follow to prepare your package and the order of collection of the transport company (in case the order has been sent by this means), if you have collected the order in store , We will send an authorization to make the return or change in the same store where it was collected.


Write an email to the customer service department with subject: "Return - Name / surnames - Order Ref." To customerservice@bdba.com and then indicate the reference you want to change (if you have more than one product your order) and the reason Of the return or change thereof.
